If you find the products to be defective, we must be notified before you return the product(s) to us. The customer must have a reference number before returning the products. No refund of cash or credit card charge back will be given for defective or non defective products. If the product has a manufacture defect and is still under warranty, it will be repaired or a new replacement product will be given. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to our company, and TSZ Cosmetics will be responsible for the shipping fee back to the customer. Insurance must be purchased by the customer and TSZ Cosmetics to cover the full value of the product(s) should they get lost or damaged in transit. Product(s) must be returned to TSZ Cosmetics within 10 days of receiving the reference number.
