Asians 4, 5, 6, or 7
Latinos 7, 8, 9, or 10
Africans 10, 11, or 12

You can mix horizontally as well as vertically to try to find the best color. For example, Foundation 5 plus Foundation 6 is a cool and warm color combination that many Asian women use to achieve a pottery like nude flawless look.
